Identify Yourself

I have found some friends from work to ride with. We are heading off for a ride at least one evening a week. The plan is excellent, and it will get me out of the office at least one evening on time - hopefully. We are planning to ride at the Mallard Creek Greenway, a mostly easy route with few hills. Just riding this course will pick up my strength and confidence for the weekend rides with Mr. Bryant on the hilly roads around the house.

The Greenway trail is described as Recreational, Smooth, Low traffic, Safe, & Scenic. Sounds pretty nice for a mid-week ride, right? This particular trail meanders through mature floodplain forest and follows Mallard Creek, and I think it will be good for transitioning from work to the fabulous mental state of "Not Work."

The total trail is just over 5 miles, mostly paged with some gravel riding. Being as everything is flat I am looking forward to riding there and back again.

So with all this outside riding with little room to bring things along, I thought it might be a good idea to make sure that I could always be known. I bought this the other day, from RoadID. These folks have a great idea, lots of options, and quality merchandise. For not much money, this is a very cool addition to my cycling gear with a measure of safety thrown in. How can you beat it! Plus I love the pink. :)

They sent me a coupon for $1.00 off 30 orders in the next 30 days, so if you want to get something for yourself, take a look at the web site and feel free to use the coupon - ThanksKimberly778567.

Road ID. That is something new. I envy your ability to find those that like riding as much as you. The exercise will be great!
